Send the email address on your GPT2Office account and a short description of what happened.
For document issues, include the document title or request ID. Never send your password, OAuth token, or full payment details.
ChatGPT plugin connection
If linking stops before returning to ChatGPT, include the time of the attempt and the page or error message you saw. We can trace the authorization flow without asking for your credentials.
Documents and subscriptions
Generated files remain private to the authenticated GPT2Office account. Subscription and billing questions should include the account email and the date of the charge, but no card number.
